Accept it was touched with the original from the 1950s Braves, "Spahn and Sain and pray for rain."

I like the Cardinals version better, it has a nice little jingle too it.

And Pallante is subject to batted ball luck and fielding errors because he doesn't miss bats. His saving grace is that he gets many ground balls, but if they go through, tough times. At least Gray misses bats, even though he doesn't look quite right.

Some tips to get through those Libby/Mikolas/Fedde starts:

1. Store your Cabernet on its side in a cool, dark place, keeping the cork wet.
2. Open your Cabernet 45-60 minutes before game time.
3. Don’t fill your glass to the top; no more than 1/3 allows for oxygen to get into the Cabernet and release the aromas. You can always refill whenever Libby/Mikolas/Fedde gives up a HR.
4. There’s a common misconception that Cabernet should be consumed at “room temperature.” That’s only true if your “room” is a European castle. Store at 55-60 degrees, drink at 60-65, or the number of pitches it takes Mikolas to get four outs.

Hope that helps.

And Pallante is not the answer either. He got through 4 innings yesterday. Dude doesn’t throw strikes. If he’s your answer, this organization is in deep doo doo. Oh wait!

Worked for me this evening. My liver won’t be able to do this all year.

He hasn't been great-great, but at least Libby is living up to his billing as a 5th starter. Problem is, he's probably the third best starter right now.

Some people say this cite is not educational. Hell, I going to buy 3 bottles just to try out the process. Thanks desertrat23 - great info for sucky Cardinal loss nite.
