Re: Beatles BiopicS
I have this pathological hangup with biopics that I can't get over the actors not looking almost at all like the real people they're playing...
So this one's gonna be a tough sell for me (except for maybe Keoghan as Ringo... that nose will play).
But the whole concept of the quadrilogy seems misguided... I like the Beatles probably more than the average person, yet still not enough to watch 7-9 hours of them from each of their perspectives. How much dramatic tension can the Ringo Starr story have anyway?

The George-banging-Ringo's-wife storyline that takes place around the end of the Beatles years may be interesting, but a good director knows the climax of the movie should be his starring role in Caveman.3dender wrote: ↑01 Apr 2025 09:24 am I have this pathological hangup with biopics that I can't get over the actors not looking almost at all like the real people they're playing...
