Good morning.

Here is the teams stats thru ST.

Ops- .704 28th
Rbi- 101 28th
Runs- 98 28th

Similar to last year, no surprise, it’s a rebuild.

Not to nitpick, but how do we have more rbi than runs scored. That's impossible. It can be the other way, more runs than rbi.

"how do we have more rbi than runs scored."

Same math that said MCarp was actually productive offensively based upon exit velocity.

I must have typed it wrong. Your right, not Missouri math possible.

Here’s more. ER-21st, hr-8th, BB-28th, and SO- 28th.

Great stat on keeping ball in park, but here is an issue. 28th in walks is a nogo. Then no K’s to stop the movement of runners. This means the other team is putting the ball in play with walks. This is what we want to do.

Take out Gray, and hr allowed would be real high.

Thanks. I thought it might be that the guy counting runs might be missing some fingers and toes.

If we're looking for a possible silver lining, the last 7 days has seen a vast improvement:

.263 .323 .424 .747

But still not scoring enough runs (middle of the pack)

The offense is going to better than the pitching. Especially if they don't have a pitcher hitting in Siani.

Just for curiosity what are our stats before and after the starters get taken out?

Maybe some runs were scored by players who are no longer on the roster so their stats got deleted? ST has weird rules.

Could be. I didn’t think I typed it wrong although I could have. You may be right.

Innings 1-6
AVG: 29th

SLG: 28th
OPS: 28th
Runs: 24th
HR: 28th

ERA: 11th
WHIP: 7th

Innings 1-6 is best I can think for what you asked.
