Good point. We are playing one of the top teams in the league and are a dirty goal away from a win. Hofer has been rock solid as well.

The Blues had all of the momentum and Tampa couldn’t generate anything 5+ minutes into the second. That’s when they decided to flop. Kuch is a top player in the NHL and he goes down really easy when Torpo challenges him.

To give a team a 5 on 3 on an offensive zone “trip” is [nonsense]. Sure Walker got his stick in between his legs but when has that become an automatic trip if the other player goes down?

You obviously haven’t seen the Blues PP for the past month. Worst in the NHL.

Faulk hasn’t done anything on the PP recently or even this season. Most of his goals were not on the PP. Broberg looks fine considering he has never been given PP time until this game (maybe a look another game). At least his puck decisions will be good compared to brain dead Faulk

Broberg should be on the PP. He skates well and has a decent enough shot. Their PP sucks so why wouldn't you use the guy you expect to be a mainstay for years to come in the hopes he gets better at it?

I will say the game is very entertaining, but that may be because the other team has kept our players on their toes, particularly Hofer.
I do see good signs in the offensive zone. We have two or three players who are starting to shoot around the goal line, but since the shot total so total is so, we just be missing the net a lot of times
