I always thought if they added a RH bat it would be a veteran to help with mentoring the young guys that is a bench player not another younger player. I know that’s not a popular opinion but you can’t have 26 young guys on the roster. Young guys need to play a lot. The bench, imo, should be veterans. Think along the lines of Grichuk.

Yea but having a coach instead of vets is like having a grandma and no mom. Still female, but not mom. Same with coaches.
