Is Oli in charge of bringing players up and sending players down?

Point the finger at who constructed the bullpen, not the manager. JoJo, Maton, Leahy, and Helsley can't be used every single game, and even when we use Helsley, he blows it.

You are right; it's unfortunate there's no better rightie options for Oli. I don't understand why they keep Roycroft over Svanson, who's been way more consistent.
