I'm as disappointed as anyone, but come on, we lost by three. Lots of should haves and could haves, but they played pretty well, just not good enough. I know we never seem to get over the hump, but as a long time fan...maybe someday.

This was a really good prediction....but it's ironic that it was Alabama who did this to Mizzou through most of the game with an almost 2 to 1 time of possession advantage. I mentioned this in the game day thread, had you told me 'Bama would of had a 2 to 1 TOP advantage, I would of thought MIZZOU lost by 20+....it was actually a pretty good game played by our Tigers. I guess you need these tough losses to to learn how to win. We will know moving forward in the 2nd half of the season....'Bama learned from a loss, we can too.

well ... at the tailgate I was at yesterday we all discussed Mizzou in big games and the consensus was that if we have played in 50 big games over the last half century we are something like 3-47 in those big games!
