Goldie not in there versus a lefty starting pitcher?
Rice, a LHB, is.
interesting
Goldy is a late inning defensive replacement type guy now . IF NYY maintain this lead, look for Goldy to be playing in the field for last few innings.
His glove at first still plays .. his bat no !

This kid pitcher for the Yanks is impressive. 10 Ks, 0 R in 6 IP.
Cards have Liberatore.

Only the Reds have bowed out as LAD advance .
So who will be the other 3 losers who drop out tomorrow ?
Padres vs Cubs
Tigers vs Guardians
Red Sox vs Yankees
I'll take Guardians over Flaherty and the Tigers
Padres and Darvish over the Cubs
Yankees over Red Sox
So far 0 for 2 .. hope you don't get shutout in NYY vs Red Sox
You got 1 of 3 correct ... a .333 BA that's Hall of Fame average if you are a batter ... lol

I hope the Dodgers win it all. I don't like the Dodgers but I do not want a low payroll team to win going into this labor stoppage. This payroll disparity has to be fixed and that will be harder if low payroll teams win.
I really doubt that’s a factor in the negotiations.
Me, I’m pulling for a Tigers-Brewers WS, which will make ESPN execs jump out of their penthouse windows.
yuck - hopefully the Scrubbies can 'one and done' them Brewers
