My walks don't always score.
But when they do, they cause us to lose games.

Signed,
The most interesting pitcher in the world.

Man these guys are hard to watch.
Yeah but did you notice the Walker EV?
Hit it hard thru the middle. Nice backhand play by second baseman Chisholm. I think that’s who plays second .

Just two HR in over 120 plate appearances.

OPS in the .670 neighborhood the last seven weeks.
Is this a slump?
Or, is this who he is?
Probably a case of pitchers adjusting how
they pitch to him after a hot start.

Shouldn't have been unexpected. We'll see how he reacts and makes his own adjustments.

Hit it hard thru the middle. Nice backhand play by second baseman Grisham.
How to have a high babip:
Step 1: Hit it hard.
Step 2: Don't hit it to the same places over and over. The defense will learn to stand there.

at the beginning of the inning, Chip said Saggese and then Ryan Church.
hey, chip, his name is Nathan

after the AB, Chip said he flied out on the first pitch.
hey, chip, it was the second pitch.

accuracy is not chip's thing.

It's good to see Walker is still stinging the ball. Those are gonna start finding more holes. I'm more optimistic on him at this point this year than at any time since the beginning of last year.

You are correct.

However, Church did expand the zone and swing at something off the plate instead of patiently waiting for a good pitch to hit. Not a good start.

I thought he hit it hard. Took a good lay by a shaded fielder.

Agreed. He should have taken a strike. I'm sure adrenaline got the better of him.

Takes 3-0 right down the middle.
On 3-1 flails at ball 4.
Flies out on 3-2.
