I think that the reasons for this is actually the sentiment that you gave here.
It isn't working for them. To have that perception around the team and do nothing would
increase the apathy, further decreasing desire to see what they are selling. IMO that's a little
dangerous and would significantly affect 2026 revenues.

Imagine the increased bump if they did bring a higher profile MGR in a demonstrated the still want to win.

Regardless of returning or being dismissed, how will this go down ?

I agree with this.

I would not be surprised with this. I think the groundwork was laid in that PD article in the offseason about all of the new hires that Bloom and Cerfolio have brought in. Some line in there about the field coordinator being something that Marmol would be good at.

There was a time, not so long ago, that 1 guy was doing
this by himself. Where they may all be doing something, you'll have to enlighten
me since yesterday I was told by yourself that Bloom and MO can't consult each other on
moves that may impact the future roster.

Bringing in an experienced, successful manager would help tremendously. But who in that category would be available or want the job? Unfortunately, I think they've waited too long for that to be a possibility. If they'd done it after 2023, it might have happened.

This is a ridiculous way to run a sports team. And the owners act surprised when fans don't show up. Give me a break. Who runs a business that advertises "Hey, we aren't trying!"?

Bloom is stepping into a huge job, as defined by the Cardinals organizational chart. Google “Cardinals Staff Directory” and see all the departments and people listed under that job title.

I'm not following your point. Are you saying it will take years for Bloom to clean this mess up?
