How will Oli return or dismissal be handled?

I made this offer on another thread, and will make it on this thread too. I’m going to a function in a few days where Oli is going to be the speaker. He’ll have a Q&A session after his talk. Are there any non embarrassing questions that anyone would like asked? About specific players maybe?

favorite food?
how he met his wife?
where does he buy his suits?
why does he suck at managing?
are there whores on the road trips?

Bloom certainly will know by early September ( if not sooner) whether he wishes Oli back for 2026 .
In NFL , dismissals are often announced the day after final game known as Black Monday.
Regardless of returning or being dismissed, how will this go down ?

A. As speculation mounts in September , Mo announces that Bloom will solely make that decision at conclusion of season.
B. Mo announces in late Sept. that he and Bloom jointly decided to have Marmol return for 2026.
C. After season, Bloom announces that he met with Oli and informed him he (Bloom) wants a change thanking Oli for his work during ‘reset’ year.

When the record is what it is, and the Cardinals are playing on the road and that is what it is- it seems like all of the questions are embarrassing.

Well, TB, here's what I'm going to ask Oli -

1.) The other day, the Cardinals took 8 called third strikes. We were told in little league, high school ball, college ball, etc. to always swing at a 3rd strike if it's anywhere near the plate. Why don't they do that?

2.) Gorman and Walker have had a decent amount of time now as pros, and several pitching coaches. Why does Gorman still chase swing and strike out on shoulder high 2 seam fastballs, and Walker on sliders low and away?

In no logical scenario should Mo have any say in Oli's future as the manager of this team. Hopefully, Bloom has spent 2024 & 2025 making a list of things he wants to change. I would think Oli is near the top.

This is a ridiculous way to run a sports team. And the owners act surprised when fans don't show up. Give me a break. Who runs a business that advertises "Hey, we aren't trying!"?

Hopefully, once Mozeliak's pathetic lazy (donkey) is gone, Bloom can bring a competitive spirit back to the organization. That should start with marmol being canned.
