Agree. He’s going to be good. And with Chicago throwing the youngsters out there, he’s bound to get a lot of PP opportunities. 
I’d consider Snuggerud a dark horse candidate as well but neither as a favorite. 
The obvious favorite for the Calder would be Demidov but we’ll see. 
Schaefer might stick in the NHL but I doubt he’d win the Calder at 18. A young 18 at that. 
The Calder is more wide open this year than most IMO.
 
First practice today - he played at 180 last season and he's checking into camp today at 195...   
 
Still pretty slight for a guy that’s 6’4” but he’ll get there.

I was always paying attention rudy because he was with Sam and Moore...he always outshined everybody else on the team imo.
