So WP….not Romero’s fault
Then Walk….not Romero’s fault
Forced to IBB Judge not Romero’s or Oli’s Fault
If you bring in Romero he’s forced to pitch to Judge…..Yanks had 2 righties on bench, ONE being Stanton, completely nullifying Romero
WP was not Romero's fault, you should watch the game.
Walk to Stanton, who was clearly being pitched around to not give anything to crush with a runner on 3rd and nobody out, due to previous error and passed ball, was not Romero's fault, you should watch the game.
Forced IBB was a good decision, don't let Judge beat you.
Again, for the 3rd time, who does super genius manager "Goldfan" bring in to lock down the 9th inning?
I wish you luck getting a straight and coherent answer!
Cuse, what answer do you require. I laid out the sequence of events, I said I didn’t know the arms remaining in BP, I said this spot in lineup should’ve been thought of innings before. So again, what answer do you want? Did the inning go exactly how you would design?
Here's what I want...stop (bleep) and Monday morning quarterbacking. Be cogent. Explain your issue and what should have been implemented instead. Just incessant whining without knowing enough to offer an alternative...at the time..is showing what a pissy little (A female canine animal, especially a dog) you are..
I’ve explained go read…..lazy [ash]
You need it explained to you that MILES shouldn’t be on a ML mound????
And the Romero position is fully reasoned …..again…..read before the potty mouth
I read it. I see nobody named, who you felt, should have been used instead of JoJo. You also didn't state any of this during the game.

Your a whiny (A female canine animal, especially a dog).. where am I being a potty mouth? LoL

Potty mouth...you must be an over hormoned pre teen

Put down the redbull

All caps for BAD TEAM.
It’s all in there……certainly not a proof reader 8O. That Red Bull [shirt] will kill you!!
Scouty, very irritating that you don’t read well enough BEFORE joining the GREAT CRITIQUING/Critics corner here. Do you fellas have matching pipes and ascots??
Clarify for me and my incompetence...who did you state should have been brought in vs JoJo?

This should be a quick answer...maybe even quote where you stated this..
Scroll to top of this page…..read through full rationale of why Romero was easily nullified…..with his 3 runs, 6BB, 6K in last 7seven games……
Still no name that you had...at the moment...even with Monday morning quarterbacking.

Multiple posters asked you this question. I think your soiled diapers need changing
Are you gainfully employed??? Its in the last sentence, bottom, 3rd word

Cuse, you act as though you never involve yourself in anything, have no relevant opinion…..but are a passive aggressive weasel dropping snide comments……so please give your opinion. Like I have…..and if i have I differing opinion I’ll post directly to you and let you know as opposed to being a little (buzz).
And the Romero issue was the last of 3 comments. Do you enjoy Miles making all these starts putting the team behind by the 4th inning or so?
Do you think Saggesse play a good 2b?
As I did answer the other fella, I said I didn’t know who was available in pen BUT this should’ve been thought about well ahead and JOJO didn’t seem to be the best option.
It appears Svanson pitched Friday and hasn’t allowed a run ALL August….so thats my answer. Let me knew if you don’t comprehend any of this

Simple throws from 2b are botched

Romero(LHP) brought in with Yankee power righties due up…….
Don't forget the useless A. Pallante who's actually WORSE than the equally useless Mikolas.

(And enough wasted time w/Saggesse who's JAG, BRING UP JJW!)
Rock…..this list could be too long to fit here. I was just pointing out ONE game
I guess I’d never really watched Saggesse play 2nd….but he’s not up to snuff. Slow, seems unsure,
This team is staffed w/J.A.G players.

I've never seen a Cardinals roster filled w/so many players who have no business wearing the Birds on the Bat.
And the ONE hitter in org who might actually be the real thing……..will sit at AAA…..while all these other posers get a chance. Watching Gorman and Walker take AB’s late in the game yesterday was painful. This season is almost in the books and their stat lines are terrible. Do we get ANOTHER season of watching that??? We wait til Walker is 27/28 and then declare bust….this org needs some REAL Skilled talent evaluators.

INSANE

Mo brings up Church (another JAG) thinking he can distract from the obvious which is to bring up JJW!

I'd be willing to bet Bloom moves on from one of Gorman/Walker.

I want him to pull a Whitey like 1980 roster tear down!

STL "leadership" believes they know what they have in Wetherholt.
They need to make a far less certain calculation with Church - which is why he needs a look.
Finally, last time I checked, the team needed a CF for a 10 day period.....

If you only have ONE CLOSER on a team…..whats the difference between THE closer or A closer ??
Again, who would you have brought in for the 9th? You're the one complaining about Romero being brought in for the 9th.
LOL
I don’t require any answer. I never asked a question.
Your thread.
Cardinalsfever44 asked you for an answer to a direct question 3 times.
You didn’t answer HIM!
I think themattmoeller spelled it out pretty succinctly.
I’ll say this...you are remarkably consistent.
Cuse, you act as though you never involve yourself in anything, have no relevant opinion…..but are a passive aggressive weasel dropping snide comments……so please give your opinion. Like I have…..and if i have I differing opinion I’ll post directly to you and let you know as opposed to being a little (A female canine animal, especially a dog).
Let me knew if you don’t comprehend any of this
I have plenty of actual discussions with posters who aren’t whining crybabies like yourself!
Why don’t you challenge all the OTHER posters who call you out for being the 20/20 hindsight whiner that you are???
If you were a TV Weatherman....when you came on the air Friday instead of PREDICTING the weather for the upcoming weekend you would (bleep) and moan about the weather that just happened on Wednesday and Thursday!
We don’t like each other....at least I have the stones to say it.
Hey dumb[ash], I’ve been ahead of the curve on all this……while I make those statements you call out as “whining” because you need a poster to hop on and ride…..as you don’t have the capacity to see these things yourself
Here’s a sampling well before proven out
-Oli is an incompetent inexperienced flunky….check
-Noot is a JAG and IF he stays healthy will not breakout….check
-Miles and Fedde should’ve been offloaded in offseason …..check
-Contreras not a good C, money should be spent elsewhere…..check
-Gray has issues staying in games….no we know he can’t pitch in heat….Check
-Donny is a player….check
-Goldy and NA are chokers and NOT TEAM LEADERS…..check
We could go on…….
-Gorman and Walker pull off the ball just about every swing…..check
Hey look....it’s ME-ville 2 puffing out his chest in hindsight.
I can see by the balance of this thread that others are asking the SAME questions I and the posters before me did.
And you never answered the direct question! LOL
We don’t like each other but I’ll still give you some good advice:
1) Next time you’re sitting in your car outside MO or DeWitt’s house....take off your tinfoil hat. You’ll attract less attention that way!
2) Since you enjoy using emojis stick to this one.......😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
It suits you perfectly!
Cuse, remember a few weeks back when I wrote “JJ ready for call up”….
And you were heckling from your cheap seats
Listen buddy when I write things weeks are months before they finally play out and you come on here when it actually happens and claim I’m Monday Morning QB……you look the fool not me
What exactly does “JJ ready for call up” have to do with THIS THREAD that YOU initiated????? LOL
Move the goalposts some more!
This thread epitomizes what you do on a daily basis:
The team loses.
You post some whining crybaby rant.
All the other posters call you out for whining!
Instead of zipping your lip you make a complete fool out of yourself as in this thread.

I can’t even begin to comprehend how miserable
you must be in REAL life if a SPORTS team causes
you to wet your pants.
Hopefully they win a few games so we’ll all be spared listening to your whining.
You never post when they win. Why is that????
Now...change your Depends....stick the Binky back in your mouth....make a new tinfoil hat for this week!

Simple throws from 2b are botched

Romero(LHP) brought in with Yankee power righties due up…….
Mikolas is cannon fodder for the rest of the season.
That is what he is being paid for.
He’s not a ML pitcher. How many times does he leave floating junk right over the plate? The hitter may actually not connect on them all. But it’s floating BP launch balls….
The team is fully aware that he is the equivalent of a batting cage pitching machine at an amusement park.
He is being paid to take a beating, filling innings in meaningless games.
They have a couple young arms they could MLB test at starter these last few weeks. Perhaps they get lucky and find an option for next season
But Mikolas has a contract paying him to take the beatings.
You are watching the Cardinals.
The contract plays.
Have you forgotten STL paying Wainwright 17M in 2023 to be one of the worst starting pitchers in MLB history?
Mel…..that was WAINO and going for 200……that’s a whole nother circus level…..there’s no bright shiny red object around Miles other than he SUCKS

Watching the Yankees, who have the sixth best AL record and 11th best MLB record, sweep the Cards this weekend, was very telling. Yes, the Cards appeared to be just a few plays/players away from competing with/beating the Yankees. But the Cards also appear to have a fairly random assortment of talent with no real plan for roster construction. We have no real MOTO, much less a clean-up hitter. Our corner outfielders and corner infielders scare no one when they come to the plate. Our rotation is thin at best. Our bullpen is full of leftovers. Bloom and Cerfolio have their work cut out for them. We might see a wholesale house cleaning.
