Gorman has to take a secondary lead there if he's going to be able to advance if the bunt gets down.

That's a base running mistake no matter how you look at it, it's not a suicide bunt.

I guess you've never played the game. Gorman was had by Pages pulling the bat back on a pitch that could have easily been busted.

Without a secondary lead he doesn't make it to third.

I have played the game and coached, and you never wander that far off the base, able to be picked off, anticipating the ball will be bunted. Pages mag have missed the sign (don't know) but Gormon was responsible for getting picked off.
