Great news, now we only need 4 starting offensive lineman.

They still need trigger man improvement. QB improvement is a must. That 1st drive in the bowl game was great! Fom that point on it was a fiasco, That cannot happen. He'll be able to showcase his versatility without having to take a beating as highly successful backs in college are prone to do.
The long game is longevity in the NFL and I believe this is the road Roberts should go down to accomplish that.
If I'm the new OC I make it a priority to have Hardy and Roberts on the field at the same time as much as possible.
Incorporating tge backs into the passing game with Roberts could provide some nightmare matches for opposing defenses.
This is great news and if they make some adjustments I would not be shocked if Roberts surpasses Hardy next season in offensive output.
Huge win for Green to stay too.
Re: Green and Roberts staying home!
Terrific news IF the new OC has a clue and Eli lets him run the offense. NEVER took advantage of Hardy's running ability by faking more and hitting Roberts on wheel routes when he is a excellent receiver and just as tough to bring down in open field.
As someone mentioned Jude James had one incredible game and then Eli went back to ignoring him for most part. Zollers and he had chemistry and he was a very solid blocker and open field runner. Could also see him lining up as FB to open holes for Hardy OR having him go into pattern out of BF. Shaun Terry has the skill set to take over at slot and be successful. Not sure about the other freshmen and returners.
Could see why Green would return after his injury and whole second half of season he was very ordinary after being all sec before season. Will make good coin at MU then have great season to put him back into first round of draft. Now if they bring in two solid OT's he could slide back to his best position guard.
You guys who don't know anything about CFB stating DON"T PAY FOR best QB you can attract show how much you don't know. QB in CFB is everything and finding a very accurate passer who can move in pocket and take off occasionally is a absolute must no matter what he costs. a Joey Aguilar did a great job for TN and didn't cost very much on top of it.
