Oliver Marmol has badly mismanaged the roster simply because he is too weak, too much of a yes man for the front office, too interested in being liked rather than respected by players.
We can fairly debate the quality of the roster he has had to work with each year.
But he consistently gets less from it than he should.

Marmol said as diplomatically as he could that he wanted to put in McGreevy for Fedde.

Consistently gets less than he should from the roster!? A roster that includes Miles Mikolas, Garret Hampson, Erick Fedde, and Andre Pallante?

If he leaves a SP in while getting hammered to a point where game is over…..
Stupid lineups until 1/3 of season is over and then he figures it out…..
