It tells me that the Blues drafted well. He was a very solid, young addition to the team at a time where they needed the additional winger depth with Holloway's injury.

A roster that was a playoff team w/o him was weak?a smell of green grass wrote: ↑03 Sep 2025 11:49 am With regard to the expectations for Snuggerud, it would be wise to discount the fact that he played in the playoffs.
Snuggerud did not win a place on the roster over time by outplaying veterans.
He did not win a place on the roster quickly.
He was handed a roster spot on a silver platter in the playoffs because Army's roster is so weak.
Place your bets accordingly.
Snuggy’s opportunity came in large part because of Holloway’s injury. We needed a top-6 winger and Snuggy joined the team a game before Holloway got injured and he ran with the opportunity. Good for him. Now we have both Holloway AND Snuggerud.

Sure, let's talk about Ryan Leonard and Washington. Let's compare.Younghopp1991 wrote: ↑03 Sep 2025 11:23 am This is why the foe button is irrelevant. You have to sign in so that comments are hidden. Carolina did the same with nikishin
Minnesota with buium
Washington with leonard
This is just off the top of my head on lunch break.
The mods here have got to do something about this joke of a poster. I can get behind someone who has a differing of opinion and stands by it. But this has been and continues to make a mockery of this site. I do understand that i can just ignore them. But it is ridiculous that there is a 10 step process to ignore someone, but nothing to keep the problem child from destroying every post they are on.
Leonard is being brought along like a rookie should be--3rd line.

It's one of the few things I don't have very much experience with food wise in the St. Louis area. Really only have had Gioas and Mom's. And I thought Gioas was great, Mom's was basically something I could get anywhere.
So If I start the list, can you guys fill it in and move them around were it's appropriate. Let's get a top 5 and honorable mention?
1. Gioas
2. x
3. x
4. x
5. x
Honorable Mention Mom's
If I had to make a list though…..
1. Mom’s
2. Gioas is good too
3. Psghetti’s….Surprise from me. But there bread is off the charts.
And the two best chains for me ar Jimmy John’s and Penn Station…although their bread keeps getting thinner and thinner which sucks. I will only eat Subway if their is nothing else….but I only get the flatbread at Subway.

Re: What does Snuggerud playing in playoffs tell us?
Indeed, let’s compare. Leonard put up 2 points in his first 18 nhl games. Snuggerud had 8 points in his first 14 nhl games. Looks like Snuggerud earned more ice time further up the lineup while Leonard didn’t. It’s pretty simple to figure out, at least for us normals.a smell of green grass wrote: ↑03 Sep 2025 12:39 pmSure, let's talk about Ryan Leonard and Washington. It forced you to cry to the mods…..How embarrassing. I am judging and I’m also not surprised.

Anytime he posts anything everyone should respond asking when he is going to answer my post that he said he was preparing a response that would “educate” us. If all our responses were that, he would disappear as he hated me directly asking him questions.STL fan in MN wrote: ↑03 Sep 2025 11:34 am ASOGG: We need to play the prospects!

Re: What does Snuggerud playing in playoffs tell us?
I stand corrected. I just talked to my brother who was visiting my Mom (she still lives in the house I grew up in). He said Mom’s is now open. It’s located on Hampton Avenue, a couple doors down from Salt & Smoke.dhsux wrote: ↑03 Sep 2025 15:18 pmThey are set to go in soha.....I'll be there for the philly beef.
