Love it. Last year I was locked in on Holloway. He flashed speed and skill right away. I was disappointed with how long Bannister kept him on a line with Faksa and Joseph. This year I will probably focus on Mailloux, Snuggerud, Dvorsky and hopefully Stenberg, Kaskimaki and LIndstein for as long as they're around along with Broberg and Holloway.

I am stoked for this one coming up. I think for the first time since 2019 they have actually improved and are taking a step forward. This team should be fun to watch. More speed, more skill and more physicality. What's not to love?

My guess is camp will open on the 17th. At least for on ice stuff. Might technically be the 16th but the first day is usually just picture day, putting the promos together, physicals etc.
These guys come in super in shape these days so first preseason game after just 3-4 days seems fine IMO. Let’s get it going!

I like the current NHL but really, I miss Canadian farmboy hockey.
Summer up here in the PNW is four months of mostly clear medium blue sweetness, and when it's this rainy during the other months, motto becomes "in summer you belong to the sun"
We're still in the thick of it, but I am still counting down days til the season. The first juniors games are in four weeks.

Summers in STL bleepin suck! Feels like you’re in a sauna the second you step outside. The other 8-9 months have really good weather thou. Mild winters and long/early springs

Fall is my fave the weather is so great...and I know my next fave winter is coming. I always take whatever it throws at us and by the time spring comes I'm ready!

Sorry, if you take those two, take Jan and Feb with them. 0 degrees, -20 windchills packed ice on every parking lot. No thanks, I'll take 103 any day over that and I have a car with black leather. I also have tinted windows and autostart, but at -20 windchills the 10 minute run time on the auto start is not enough to clear the car and I HATE scraping windows.
