Just looking at the talent levels on these 2 rosters is laughable. They have enough talent on the IL to beat the cardinals
In a 7 game series. When do we get some stars?
Not going to happen with this management. They are going to be bad for a long time. Donavon leading off, never gets on base. Burleson batting third, what can you say. Probably the worst third batter in history. Gorman, Miles.

I've admittingly have Walker fatigue. I do not even want to watch him slow walk
to the plate. He takes 10 decent AB's and the reverts back to his comfort zone.
I'd put Burleson in RF or DH, IH in LF or DH, Send Walker and Hampson down
bring up Church and JJ on Aug 14th.
First time ever feeling that way about a player that I should not feel
that way about.
They've F'd up Walker so bad it's like they won't admit their own mistake at this point. The guy should have been at AAA last year and this year and not come back until he was comfortable with his modified stance and proved he could dominate AAA pitching.
I have 0 faith in him. I keep hoping he and Gorman will become the power hitters the org projected, but my guess is they'll fail until they're at least with another organization.
Plenty of blame to be spread around including
JW too.
I agree that he should have stayed in AAA.

I'm watching Red/Cubs
Steer just hit a 3-run HR of Kittredge in the top of the 7th
4-1 Reds now

Kittredge blowing up in top seven versus Reds, who lead 4-1. You just hate to see it. Now 5-1.
OOPS. Sorry, ‘82.

Hampson does not belong on a MLB roster! He does nothing!

Donovan 2-31 and swings at a questionable 3-1 pitch

The dude can’t throw strikes. Donavon, just a flat out horrible lead off hitter hitter, his only job is to get on base. Pops up on ball four. Dude is a disaster. Herrera swings at a ball five feet outside. Brain dead. The worst #3 in history of baseball strikes out. You just have to love Mo.

Gotta spend some money to win. Cards do not understand that.
