I've said it before and I'll say it again...
I find it hard to believe Bloom would have agreed to a 5-year (?) contract which included Mo's "retirement year" without having final sign-off on any roster decisions which affected next season and beyond. He had too much leverage (ability to just pass on the job).
If he did not demand that, we are in big trouble because what kind of leader give up that control over a job he will become responsible for?

Maybe John Mozeliak will be gender fluid until Bloom gets authority after the season. Until then Bloom cannot handle deadline decisions.

100% agree but the stupidity shall continue. This thread is a prime example.
