Then don’t open the post. How many other things do you NOT do in life knowing you shouldn’t…..Speeding, stealing, cheating. But apparently you can’t keep yourself from opening a post that you have no interest in….Cranny wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 07:42 amIf it’s not about baseball or the Cardinals, it doesn’t belong on a baseball/Cardinals forum. Start your own "open" forum then. If you can't follow this simple rule and it causes you such diarrhea1_12_1968 wrote: ↑28 Jun 2025 20:08 pmIt’s not middle school adults should be secure enough to read things they don’t agree with.Bob Kunush wrote: ↑28 Jun 2025 19:28 pmOr people could just be respectful and follow the rules. Folks, there are literally dozens of political chat sites of all stripes. If you want to argue about politics you have many choices. I don't have a problem with keeping it to baseball here. Geez...

Agree. It’s ridiculous that people sign up for the forum agree to the rules of no politics in order to sign up for it then immediately feel they are so entitled that they can break the rules they agreed to just because they feel they are so special that the rules shouldn’t apply to them. But this is an age where people feel they are entitledBob Kunush wrote: ↑28 Jun 2025 21:59 pmSo you really don't agree with following rules. Only the ones you agree with. That is pretty common this day and age.1_12_1968 wrote: ↑28 Jun 2025 21:23 pmI agree with following the rules, I disagree that the rule is necessary. On a privately owned site that choice is not yours. You have two choices, follow their rules or don't post.

Some users inject political posts into threads; it's not as simple as not clicking on a thread title that refers to politics.Goldfan wrote: ↑28 Jun 2025 18:44 pmNO ONE is ever forced to open a thread…..the insane begging outcry by some for Enforcement to stop THEM from clicking a link is truly one of the most hilarious things I’ve ever seen. The same posters who bellyache about seeing a certain Presidents name are the same people that hop on threads about a Cardinals or baseball topic they don’t think should be posted or are constantly criticizing a particular poster they don’t like. They seek out this type of confrontation then act the victimBeth O'Malley wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 13:15 pmSome users inject political posts into threads; it's not as simple as not clicking on a thread title that refers to politics.Goldfan wrote: ↑28 Jun 2025 18:44 pmNO ONE is ever forced to open a thread…..the insane begging outcry by some for Enforcement to stop THEM from clicking a link is truly one of the most hilarious things I’ve ever seen. It’s really very simple. A company provides a free forum for the enjoyment of Cardinal fans, and publishes rules for posting. Just follow the rules and enjoy.Goldfan wrote: ↑29 Jun 2025 15:11 pmThe same posters who bellyache about seeing a certain Presidents name are the same people that hop on threads about a Cardinals or baseball topic they don’t think should be posted or are constantly criticizing a particular poster they don’t like.
