Just by comparing him to his contemporary and the huge gap between him, and others paints the picture as to how good he really is. Nobody close to him in today's game.

He's going to get the Barry Bonds treatment
before too long.
Unreal.
The difference between him and Bonds is Bonds would not swing at anything outside of his main hitting zone. Bonds left a lot of RBI on the table because of it. Actually hurt the team by taking so many walks.

Judge, on the other hand, will hit a ball 2 inches off the plate, as a dominating RBI guy should do.

If I'm paying Bonds to be THE guy, I dont want him leading the league in Walks. He was a good enough hitter where he could have expanded his zone. He chose not to.

He's almost hitting .400 at .392
He's got 25 HR's
OPS is a staggering 1.264
Has 59 RBI's
His OBP is at 50% Insane!!
He's on pace for .392 60 and 142
This is incredible when you consider only 16 players hitting
above .300 and the pitching is likely better than ever.
Only Barry Bonds, Babe Ruth and Ted Williams could compare.
Barry was on roids, Babe and Ted were playing in a soft pitching era.
I think this guy if it continues claims the best season in history.
Who says no?

Pretty amazing stats. And to think just a few days ago you predicted that JJ is going to be better than Judge.

Amazing start for the big man, I'll add to your list of Ruth & Wiliams (I ignore the roid' heads):

Lou Gehrig/thru 6/12/1927:
14 HR
60 RBI
.394 .474 .764 1.238

Gehrig had everything else but lacked the HR's Judges has.

Ken Griffery, Jr/thru 6/12/1998:
26 HR
60 RBI
.293 .378 .658 1.036

Jr had the HR's and RBI's but lacked Judges BA, OPS and OB%.

Probably my favorite player to watch take AB’s. That’s an insane season!
He's what 6' 7" and 275? Huge dude.
Plays OF pretty well.
Just a freak of nature.
I'm a big guy (6'3"/225 lbs) but when they came to town a couple years ago I went down by the Yankees dugout and when he walked by I felt like a little kid, the man is huge.

Judge--beyond the obvious respect of being phenomenal--does one thing above all else: constantly remind me what a pathetic sack of sh*t Nolan Arenado is. The early to mid-30s, if you are healthy, are supposed to be the end of your peak years, not the years you completely fall off the map and become a replacement-level player. Nolan's barely a year older than Judge and hasn't looked even close to his peak ability for almost 3 years.

I bet every org in MLB is thanking their lucky stars they didn't land this fraud in the offseason, Houston most of all.

Yep. Excellent players.
I just think Judge is most likely
facing the best pitching ever too.

Yea really good guy... he stopped for about 30 seconds, chatted a bit and smiled for a pic my youngest daughter wanted.

Which Nolan has the bad back?
Is it both of them or only Gorman?
Yeah, Arenado looks much older than Judge.
You'd think Judge would breakdown quicker
due to his size. But nope.

Probably the one that really nobody is talking about is Cal Raleigh’s season. He could be the first catcher since Johnny Bench in 1972 to lead the league in home runs. Raleigh has a 187 OPS+, 26 HRs and 53 RBI. Oh and he won a GG last year.

Judge is on another planet than any hitter in the game though. And yes many, many, many people are talking about it.
