Easy. Burly's mid-section, of which some posters like to make distasteful remarks, would provide adequate buoyancy. Paired with the power of his calves, you have dolphin-level maneuverability. He makes lesser athletes around him better so synchronization not an issue. Minimum Olympic Silver, likely Gold.

There’s no way Burly could win Wimbledon. On July 4 he’ll be winning the Coney Island Hot Dog eating contest, and even he can’t be on two continents at once.
