Minor League rosters are 30 man....Dev List allows to float a player off the roster, but they can stay with the team. Antico did it twice this year, and Stauss, too. They're still with the Org, so no other Org can claim them.

easy to activate them, so they can play if needed. Antico is active and playing for Memphis...for now. Stauss is on the Dev List, and I think he's with Springfield or Memphis now. I think he's BP catcher to stay sharp? Not completely sure.
