I understand it perfectly that there are no standards...and if I'm a coach trying to build a program where do you start?

Your comprehension level is that of a four year old.

Why do you think (well you don't) every coach under the sun and talking head is suggesting or hoping for some semblance of sanity is drawing up some parameters in how player movement and NIL money should be handled?

And no I'm sure you don't want a face to face ever.
