That was awful. He needs sit at this point. Which means he'll be in the cleanup spot tomorrow.

Was that Yadi “running” to first?

At least Yadi could say he was saving himself for GG catcher defense

Contreras absolutely loafed. He is not an asset to this team in any way, shape, or form. Doesn't cost anything to run a ball out.

Yeah, he was really hustling. Of course when you can hit like he’s hitting you usually don’t have to run, you usually just walk back to the dugout.

Imagine if McCarver was calling the game on Contreras’s stroll to first

Card pitchers have two pitches 0-2. Meatball and nowhere near the zone.

I understand he’s a veteran and no one is worried about a “little” slump.

Wow was Contreras even jogging. Why would you be a shiiity player and then not even hustle. I know the Cards have a history. But to be a supposed leader and be pathetic at your job. And the little league coach won’t say a word. This organization has turned into a super turd. Mo written all over it. 50 people in the stands.

RHB: 4-7 with a double and HR, 3 runs, 3 RBIs

I am shocked. Who could have seen this coming?

If this happens 100 more times, the Cards may notice a pattern.
Final Update:
RHB: 8-21 with a double and HR, 4 runs, 4 RBI, 4 SO
LHB: 0-6, 3 SO

I do love that he walked no one and as a result pitched 6.1 IP.

Pudge is already reserved for a couple other catchers, can we call him Pudgzos?

I'll give props to Lib for actually eating innings, unlike several guys we employ that have eating innings as their main job on this club.
