Hardly ever see hit and runs in MLB.
Crazy, such a great way to create problems for the defense and create runs.
Like the bunt, it's hardly ever used, league wide. Probably because very few can handle the bat well anymore

Well, in fairness, it wasn't "bottom of the ninth, game on the line." And Ryan isn't "stout," And he doesn't have a "wicked slider." So the conditions weren't ripe for success there.
Minnesota needs a LH Chris Carpenter like we have in Andre Pallante
