Thompson seems like a likeable enough guy but it's nice to hear a homer with some objectivity for sure.

I enjoy hearing tidbits about the other team and things other than a two hour informercial about the Cardinals. That's just me.

Be a homer, fine. But mix in some other stuff and it's much more tolerable and entertaining, to me anyway.
