Just winning baseball, as well as watching with great interest when players are called up from the minors. Seeing their parents in the stands watching their son's dream come true is emotionally gratifying.

Yes. Every year this century with the exception of 2007, 2023, and 2025 - 22 winning seasons vs. 3 losing seasons. And now rebuilding for the future.
