I hope May at a minimum keeps the wheels on tonight so he does not raise concerns with potential trade partners. This could be his last Cardinal start as his next turn would be an hour after the deadline.

JW AGAIN in the 2 hole. FUBAR.

Obviously cannot stand success and breakout of young talent.

I want my best hitter to get as many chances as possible, to make an impact. Batting 2nd is just fine.

Because 70+ rbi at the AS break hitting 4th made no impact.

I don't care where he hits. He needs to get back to hitting. He has not had much impact since early in the month. His slump is killing us.

So I can hit Walker after JJ, Ivan and Burly, or
I can hit Walker after Church, Pages, JJ?
Easy peasy says Oli.

Can CT get even whinier? Of course it can. Two games under 500 would ruin lives, or so some posters claim.

May needs a good game so that he will bring a decent return when he's dealt. Pages too, to a lesser extent.

Walker needs to homer, Wetherholt and Herrera need to hit a couple of gappers, Winn needs to hit something, so they all show they still can.

Whoever relieves better not stumble or AAA looms.

Now excuse me while I try to figure out why Wetherholt is holding his left middle finger that way.

If Walker homers today, pretty sure thats only going to count as "one" run with those OB % monsters of Pages and Church as his table setters.
All of a sudden oli wants Tommy Herr instead of Jack Clark.

I've been giving them an inning or two and then moving on- don't think I am the only one. Even if they get it together in the next year or three it is going to be hard to re-build the fan base. They can run a bunch of their own spots during the game but they need ad revenue from actual advertisers. They need Ballpark Village revenue and not just on game days. They need people to want to rent the apartments. They have a lot of needs.
