Will they win another series?

Post by vegascardsfan5890 »

Solid question: The Cards have not won a series since the all-star break, will they win another series the rest of the year? If so, how many?

After the Cubs series they will play 17 more. I see them winning 2 of them? Colorado and San Fran, maybe a 3rd depending on what Pittsburgh, Reds, or Nats do at the deadline

Solid answer. You may be right. But that would be a horrible ending to a nicely crafted season.

Easy yes.
Somewhere around 8 of them, but hoping for more.

No. Never, ever again. Get ready for 0-3, maybe a few 1-3 series but they will never win a series again. That’s it. They’re done forever.

At this point as they spiral down I keep thinking the draft pick next year will be better.

The first half was an unexpected blast.
So far this 2nd half is not surprising or unexpected.

Cards might as well take the good draft pick in next year's first round. Record current in the middle but very close to a lots of other records. If Cards keep losing they could very well end up right near the bottom in terms of record.

Angels have 43 and Cards 55 ... a sustained series losing streak might just do it.

When are all these trades happening?
