Walker and Burly should be hitting 3 and/or 4.
Noot and JJ 1-2.
Ivan 5
Jordan 6 - SSS but seems to have a knack for rbi.
Winn and Church 8-9
C when Ivan is DH or DH hits 7.

When nobody in your lineup can hit, it doesn't much matter where they are placed in the lineup.

Not one of them was worried about an inside purpose pitch either. The Cardinals are soft!bccardsfan wrote: ↑28 Jul 2026 19:27 pm Cubs took good ABs, worked the count, and with 2 strikes are making contact. What a good offense looks like. I give them their due, and I hate the cubs....

Yeah, this is a big time letdown. McGreevy has generally been tough.cosmo.kramer wrote: ↑28 Jul 2026 19:27 pmUnfortunately Libby looks like that all the time

This is like a bad accident, I just can't look away.
Has Walker been drinking, he looks wobbly out there.

The team is dead last in every offensive category there is over the last month +.

Looked very comfortable up there. Wonder if they picked up on something with his deliverybccardsfan wrote: ↑28 Jul 2026 19:27 pm Cubs took good ABs, worked the count, and with 2 strikes are making contact. What a good offense looks like. I give them their due, and I hate the cubs....

LOL....you nailed it Riff.
I’m sure I’ll get hammered as I see this thread has been taken over by the Rocket Scientists.
Pretty easy to tell who did and didn’t play sports by the way they post.
Can’t hammer on McGreevy for his rare off night.
He’s been good all season!

...He is exhausted... In this heat and throwing 63 pitches in 1 2/3 innings just really wore on him. Cards gotta work on Rea like Cubs worked on him. Cubs did all this with just 2 XBH and no HR's...

Anybody want the Weatherholt and Walker shirseys I bought? Lightly worn, and the Walker was never worn.

I haven't seen anyone hammering on McG. He's been our best pitcher this season.Cusecards wrote: ↑28 Jul 2026 19:31 pmLOL....you nailed it Riff.

The offense deserves all of the heat they are getting on this board. They are beyond awful and have been for over a month now.
