This still blows my mind. I hope Bloom is careful with our young arms that are not fully developed.

I'm a fan of
1. Draft and develop well.
2. Don't get into multi-year bad contracts. Do try to buy out a few free agent years from developed players and sign some short term free agents.
3. Don't trade away high ceiling prospects in "win now" desperation. See Alcantara and Gallen.
