It’s embarrassing what this franchise has become

Well teams in a rebuild usually dont have all star lineups most people would know that

What’s hilarious is how many of you have fallen for this rebuild thing… What exactly are they rebuilding around?…… This was nothing more than a salary dump before the work stopage

What’s even more hilarious is some people think year one of the rebuild the entire team should be put together and all the pieces in place lol now that’s hilarious if the entire team was in this place already it wouldn’t be a rebuild

I said that from the start. If it were a true rebuild several players would not be on this team because they are not the future.

As I posted in another thread:
Gorman- flopped/demoted
Saggese- struggled/demoted
Urias- injured
Scott- struggled/demoted
So now you are left with someone like Fermin to take on a much greater role than expected.
Cards obviously have much more work to do.
Torres? Meh
Blaze has been better than I expected.
Don’t know if he can handle 3B long term?
He and Fermin might make solid bench players in 2027?
The process is ongoing.

You nailed it....no it’s not!WeeVikes wrote: ↑24 Jul 2026 07:27 amFair, however to play Devil’s Advocate, is it reasonable to expect to be able to turn over the entire roster in one offseason?
