For the way salaries took off this off-season(by philly themselves)
This contract looks better then average. While more then his worth. 4years is always what's best for the player and the team.
For the player. Being a free agent at 27 means he will still be able to cash in without years of work wasted space.
For the team. If he doesn't improve his contract makes him easier to move as one who needs a new start and it doesn't hold the team hostage for years on the back end.
Good deal for the times.
