Don’t mind starting with a bunch of road games early though. Sometimes it works out better for the team to be away from home early.

That last month is BRUTAL. 9 road games, 8 of them out west, against only 5 home games.

Very nice not to have Olympics or Four Nations this year. The Blues play in Florida the week before Christmas, which is pretty nice for them. I, too, prefer the Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday games. Makes for a great Saturday with MU football followed up by Blues hockey.

I do like the 2 tough road face off games with Dallas and Avs to kick it off....could be facing adversity right off the bat for this young team but then again it's opportunity knocking at their door.
I'm not seeing the B==S odd dates and extended layoffs or games in hand way out front like the past two years.
