My reply doesn't only compare Dvorsky to Celebrini. I'm also comparing Dvorsky to the many other prospects that DON"T MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE NHL. The Blues actions this offseason very clearly tell us that they have very little faith that Dvorsky is the long-term answer at 2C. In fact, they may be telling us that there is no spot at all for Dvorsky.ShakeyWalton wrote: ↑09 Jul 2026 20:51 pmAre you on drugs? By bringing in McTavish (and several other highly-drafted Centers), Blues Management is telling us very clearly that Dvorsky is VERY LIKELY not a 2C. Not next year. Not ever. Face the truth.

100% with you on that! With McTavish as #2C Dvorsky can earn #3C.DawgDad wrote: ↑09 Jul 2026 22:53 pmThis season is going to be SO much fun.a smell of green grass wrote: ↑09 Jul 2026 21:45 pmMy reply doesn't only compare Dvorsky to Celebrini. Worst case the Blues end up with what we have on paper now. And that isn't too bad.
Best case McTavish and Dvorsky mature to a pair of solid #2Cs and we get lucky and lock up Dvorsky for 5 or 6 years.
When was the last time you could say the Blues were too deep at center?? Looking forward to that!!
