Pass. Too expensive to acquire and sign.

We need a right wing people.

Still not understanding the desire to include Stenberg or Lindstein in any trades at this point. Let the kids play. Lindstein looked like the perfect partner for Parayko at the end of last season.

They have 16 NHL forwards not including Carbonneau. They are done at forward

He's right....they might be done, but they still need a right wing.

I wouldn’t say done. The McMichael situation being a unsigned RFA is interesting; he could be trade bait.

Doesn't mean they don't need it.

Also man, long way to go here.

Seems like that would make it more/just as likely we are not done IMO.

We need a defensman that can run a power play well. And at his age, he’d be a great fit for the team. Building a trade package around Lindstein seems a good move to me.

I like Nikishin a lot but the unknown is what will it take to keep him. If he would sign a long term extension in the 6-8 million AAV then that’s one thing BUT if it’s going to take a 10+million AAV to keep him then we should move on.

Nikishin is a good player and most of us could see a fit here but like everything, it’s about the cost. How much would it take to keep him. You would have to believe that Armstrong/Steen have been in touch and have a good idea if they can afford to keep him.

Dreger reported he is looking for 8 - 8.5 million per season.

Ok - I’d give him same contract as Broberg

I would do the Broberg contract but no more. I think the Stenberg and Lindstein is too much give up at this point as well. I would like to keep Stenberg in this equation.

Could trade them Suter and Lindstein for him. That could make sense. Maybe some other lesser piece.

No way they trade Stenberg and Lindstein for him.

Yes there is a way. You are being a homer.
