Should compete for a playoff spot. But not likely to make it as injuries and inconsistencies in the middle six will inevitably strike.
Not likely a playoff team lol. Stop. Some of you are a bit confused.
Ok, you think otherwise? Grand. I said competing for a spot is likely. I think they miss because the middle of the forward lineup is just meh. What exactly is it that you see in this lineup that screams playoff bound for certain?
Parayko will 100% be on the top line defense verse Mailloux.

This team is far from a playoff spot. We are rebuilding and will be focusing on player development for the next 2 years. That second line is very weak and the first line will be a step of two below teams like a Colorado, Vegas, Dallas, Edmonton, Minnesota, etc… We need to go into the season with a focus on Snuggerud and Dvorsky taking a step forward and Neighbors getting back to a gritty second line potential.
In general, I agree. Parayko will get more minutes by virtue of PK time I'm sure, but Mailloux and Broberg look good together and the lineups will shift as always. I don't think they're a playoff team and I'm OK with that as they need more development, I think once Jiricek, Dvorsky, Carbonneau arrive we will be looking more like a contender. Though I'm more confident that the 1st line will hold its own against anybody but I rate Thomas much higher than probably anybody on this board that I've seen.

Drouin needs to get put on waivers. If he clears, send him to the A. If not, buh bye. Nobody is going to give you anything for him. Give him the Brendan Saad treatment.

I hope Peterson gets a shot on the fourth line. Would bring some size, aggressiveness and a right hand shot to the mix.

Need to dump off Drouin to make a spot for Stenberg.
I would not think they will split up what worked last year with Mailloux and Broberg. For all kinds of reasons I'd have Mailloux right back where he left off with Broberg, it was a very good pairing.

Drouin sucks- I’ve seen enough
I’d really like to see that 2nd line combo. Thought Berggren was really good at creating chance and getting passes to the slot area. I’m not convinced he gets the opportunity.

I’d like to see him have a chance to play with Finley and Toropo.

Saw these today.

Holloway Thomas Snuggles
Neighbours McTavish Buchnevich
McMichael Dvorsky Berggren
Johnston Suter Toropchenko

I really like these lines. Nieghbors and Buch could both have a great year if they gel well with McTavish…
Hopefully Dvo and Berggren take another step forward..
McMichael seems like the same player as Suter…
Excited to have a guy like Johnston!
Hoping they’ll be more fun to watch this year 🤞 LGB
My hot take- Dube plays at least 50 games
