he now has a higher ops than Walker for the season - it seams like just yesterday some on here were talking about the great mistake the Cubs made locking him up

Walker has more hrs and rbi. Pca has more walks and triples. Give me the guy with the rbi and hrs. Plus, Walker isn't a punk (donkey) gooner.

He’s hitting .437 with a 1.411 OPS in June. 9 HR in 17 games. First 2 month OPS’s were .669 and .762.

Also has a .489 BABIP in June, which strikes me as a wee bit unsustainable.

Also even amidst this torrid stretch still has a hilarious penchant for boneheaded plays stemming from being more concerned about looking cool than competing.

A little OT:
Juan Soto leads the NL in OPS. Some folks think he's not great... *shrug*

I do like Walker best as he hits with RISP. That's a lost trait for many. Gotta put the ball in play in those sitatutions and Walker does that!

PCA is a gold-glove CFer and has that energy that you love to have on your team and hate it in the opposition (think Chris Chelios).

The move to leadoff turned his season around

He (15) and B. Witt, Jr (16) only players in MLB w/more OAA than JJW (14)

Great player I hate him though. Wonder if he will be able to avoid the second half collapse he had last season?
