Wetherholt's BA is .233
Could teams be adjusting against him? He doesn't seem very comfortable in the batter's box lately.

He doesn't have an opinion, he waits for everyone else to provide one and he picks whichever he prefers at that moment.

If you’re saying that about him and he has a great hit tool if they called up Baez now like you want you would be saying Baez doesn’t look comfortable at the plate he’s striking out in almost half his at bats maybe he was called up too early?

.233 is misleading
Rock posted his numbers for May, and he’s looking up at Mario.

Wait, a rookie struggling for a stretch? Who knew! He was hitting .236 after 20 games and .235 after 40 games. He’s been pretty much the same hitter all season. Low average, solid OBP, solid SLG%. Players go through cycles, especially rookies.

Well, Wetherholt has double the bWAR rate of Burleson so far this year as a rookie, while Burly on the other hand has already been in the league 5 years.

He’s got 45 games at the big-league level. I don’t see anything to worry about; he gets on base, takes good ABs and rarely looks overmatched. I think it will even out in the end.

Huh?
He's off to a very good rookie start and will adjust, just like your favorite who got off to a worse start.
