No thanks on Wright.

We have enough passengers in this organization already.

I'm fine with Kyrou to Seattle for the #26, Ryan Winterton, and Kaden Hammell.

Same. Beniers is the much better player. No idea why Seattle would consider it though.

And in no way shape or form is Wright worth Kyrou. Kyrou may be flawed but he’s worth a heck of a lot more than Wright atm.

Part of the quick Montreal rebuild came when they didn't draft the guy.

I think that what we can get for Kyrou is down, and Wright is probably the MAX. However, I also think that getting the wrong Center is worse than getting no Center. I'd rather avoid the 2-3 year path of "thinking that you have a solution when you don't".

I'd call it the Dvorsky game. We thought we had a 2C since 2023, and now here we are--talking about finding a 2C in other team's discard piles. Meanwhile, some teams found Celebrini, and they won't be thinking about Center again for decades.

You could also call it the Kyrou game. We thought we had a "core solution for 8 years", and now we are talking about trading him away with 5 years left on his contract for nothing. If you put the wrong person in the wrong seat, it brings a lot more damage than signing a veteran to a 1-year deal.

Wright had a pretty tough season last year but at 21 he put up 44 pts i have to think he needs a change of scenery or something. maybe its an addition by subtraction for the Blues and Seattle needs scoring threats more than they need Wright at this moment. Do it straight up

Why?

Dude has never put up more than 60 points in a season
Wright is still only 22 Years old

STL: Kyrou, B Level Prospect like Dean or Kaskimaki and the 30 Overall pick from Colorado
SEA: Shane Wright and the 7th Pick

Are you cup crazy or just plain crazy?
Add the 11th pick and Seattle might actually pick up the phone.
