Fermin pinch hitting

Church is hitting .350 against LH pitching. Made no sense to me to use Fermin. Not only is Church a better hitting option how is Fermin going to improve your defense in LF?

Morejon against each side. Pick one.

LHB- .121/.237/.242/.479
RHB- .353/.365/.451/.816

Going with the RH batter makes sense.
