I’m fairly certain that Robb K is at the HF boards - one of the most positive Blues posters in history.
I believe Pocket9ines is there too….

Battra was a great poster. Was Nighthawk on here or the Cards board?sneptsmoustache wrote: ↑09 May 2026 19:20 pmah yes. Battra is another good one as some folks have mentioned. And yes, the mystery man Siberian Tiger, forgot about him.
Separately...count me as one of those who's also a little surprised that Seattle is banned. Could he be a little prickly sometimes, maybe? But in the grand scheme of things it seems a little excessive for him to be banned. Good poster, he's probably watching those Thunderbirds games and would have good insight.

I don't recall Nighthawk on the Blues board but he was active in CALets_Clinch wrote: ↑09 May 2026 20:52 pmBattra was a great poster. Battra was perhaps the most congenial posters in here ever. I don’t think we aligned politically based on some of his posts, but he made his points if he disagreed with you in a very fair manner. And if you disagreed with him he responded in a very polite way as well. He knew his hockey. Always respected his posts. Glad to read he is doing well.Lets_Clinch wrote: ↑09 May 2026 20:52 pmBattra was a great poster. Was Nighthawk on here or the Cards board?sneptsmoustache wrote: ↑09 May 2026 19:20 pmah yes. I actually hung out with Battra a few times, soccer games, river otters games, and we had lunch one day at Hobos in St. Peter’s . We were friends on Facebook but he stopped talking to me because of differing political views.2forDiving wrote: ↑09 May 2026 21:21 pmBattra was perhaps the most congenial posters in here ever. His views and mine are fairly opposite but I like the dude for who he is - super passionate about his politics and I can’t hold that against anybody.Pierre McGuire wrote: ↑09 May 2026 21:32 pm I actually hung out with Battra a few times, soccer games, river otters games, and we had lunch one day at Hobos in St. Peter’s . I didn’t hold it against him and we couldn’t have been more different but he had a huge problem with my views so he blocked me. He was a good dude for sureBalotelliMassive wrote: ↑09 May 2026 21:34 pmHis views and mine are fairly opposite but I like the dude for who he is - super passionate about his politics and I can’t hold that against anybody.Pierre McGuire wrote: ↑09 May 2026 21:32 pm I actually hung out with Battra a few times, soccer games, river otters games, and we had lunch one day at Hobos in St. Peter’s . I forgot about Battra.
Was he the guy that had all the minor league jerseys?

Re: Blues Talk posters from back in the day
Balotelli, I remember during the Hawks run of winning all of those cups, we had to kind of grit our teeth and bear it because there was an active Hawks fan (you) who was a regular poster on the board. Not to mention the fact that no matter how good the Blues were, the Hawks always seemed to have their number. But, credit where credit is due, you've always been very knowledgeable about the Blues and have good insights. And I don't remember you ever rubbing It in our faces or trolling us because the Hawks were so successful.
At least I think I'm remembering that correctly, that you're a Chicago guy/Blackhawks fan?

I appreciate the respect. I’ve been a Blackhawk fan in St Louis that had access to Blues tickets because of my work, a friend in the Saviss club, and a gal I dated who's parents had club tickets through not so legal connections.sneptsmoustache wrote: ↑09 May 2026 22:17 pmBalotelli, I remember during the Hawks run of winning all of those cups, we had to kind of grit our teeth and bear it because there was an active Hawks fan (you) who was a regular poster on the board. I was also at a game in the arena where Harold Scnepts went head first into the board without a helmet (of course) and it sounded like somebody threw a coconut against a brick wall. He was out

Hipcheck was a certified (buzz).IsDurbanodoingtime wrote: ↑09 May 2026 16:01 pm Does anyone remember Mr. Logic Man? Always got a kick out of his posts. Goldblum was Hipcheck? Did not realize that. I guess it makes sense in retrospect.
So yeah it made perfect sense.

There was a guy named rage dave. Nice person. I actually met him once. He taught at UC Davis and I stopped by during a road trip.
