I'm guessing here...and they touched on it briefly on the broadcast, but I guess the O.S. said you can't assume the 2nd run scores from 2B if Tatis Jr fields it cleanly and makes the throw. But that opens up a can of worms to me....b/c you can't assume Tatis makes a good throw b/c the runner had rounded 3B and was going home.

yeah...I'm mixed on it. I guess they thought they had the Pitcher sleeping? Not sure. I probably wouldn't have done it as a coach.
