The Dog Days. All of you know about them. Most of you have sat thru a DD game. And will admit it was miserable. Depending on heat, dryness and duration, Dog Days can be a mthrfckr. In the yard. In a car.

Check this out- Do we have a chance to contend, just as we are. That’s the big question. Here is some serious good news towards a chance at post season- our schedule.

Last 49 games, the Dog Days, is very favorable. We play three first place teams- Cubs Dodgers Yanks.

Heres the deal. I know it’s much too early to look ahead; however, if we hang on, then there is no reason we don’t finish this stretch strong. 2/3 of these teams will be out of the race. My point is optimism.
