I don't look at Carolina the same way I do Colorado, they don't have the top-end game breakers, but man are they a good hockey team.

They have a ton of depth and the best defense in the league. If Andersson can actually not cave they have a great shot of winning.

I like them as a model for what the Blues could and should be building. Of course, there's that Staal guy.

Slavin is such a good dman. Just solid, no flash. But always seems to make the right play.
