Does anybody know the rest of this story? Why was this guy straddling the railing, and why was he fighting those attempting to "rescue" him?

Have read situations where the fan fell to the playing field just inside the foul pole deep in left field .
Though I only read about it but never saw the video , I had one burning question ...
If the fan lands to the stands side of the foul line , does the 3rd base umpire raise both hands in the air declaring a 'foul fall ' ?
Have not found the exact rule in the rulebook yet .

I was at this game in Atlanta and saw this man fall out of peripheral vision. The place was going nuts, jeering and booing AROD as he came up to bat. This guy fell from the upper deck and clipped a steel cable support for the netting on the way down.
