We need to package #15 and #30 to move up. I think just three spots gives us the kind of player were looking for and its better then drafting of the C and D tier.

They have them picking 2 LW with the 11th and 15th picks. Blues should pick Belchetz or Savanto with the 11th pick. Belchetz preferably. 15th shouldn't be a LW neither. I don't care what they do with the 31st pick. Can 15 and 31 get you 12th? Move up and take them both. They can battle it out for 2/3 C along with Dvo. Then all you need is a top 4 RD, maybe improve Tucker and Walker spots and a ton of cap space to do so.
