Herrera at DH with Pages behind the dish. Gorman at 3rd , Church in LF, and VS II in CF. Pallante starts.
Chourio had huge game in his debut return last night but Brewers could not take advantage. They were quite bad with RISP . 1 for 12 ?
Of course, that can change in one night. That 1 for 12 can change to a 5 for 12 in a flash. The analysts refer to it as 'getting timely hits'
Last night ,the Brewers that did have RISP hit some balls well but right to defenders Ex. runner at 3rd Contreras at bat .. hits a line drive good but right at Winn for the final 3rd out . A few feet left or right of Winn and the runner scores on a base hit.
Cardinals with their very good defense has helped in run prevention as they are playinng very well .
Appears Oli going with same lineup tonight again

Oli would be crazy to put Herrera behind the plate vs them unless he wants to see the Brewers run wild.
As for Chourio, guys a Cardinal Killer:
24 GS
5 HR
20 RBI
.361 .418 .639 1.057

Can we get us one of them Chourio fellas? How 'bout a whole bowl full of Chourios? (sorry)... Maybe Baez and RR someday.... Seriously, even though it was against us, Chourio's ABs were fun to watch.rockondlouie wrote: ↑05 May 2026 10:17 amBrewers lead MLB in SB'sramfandan wrote: ↑05 May 2026 09:23 am Herrera at DH with Pages behind the dish.
